Hours: Late Shift - 10:30am - 8pm Monday - Friday
We're looking for a Late Shift Team Leader to join an award-winning, values-driven organisation. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated late shift team, ensuring smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities
. Lead and supervise the late shift team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
. Support the Operations Manager with people leadership and operational performance.
. Deliver clear, effective shift handovers to maintain continuity across operations.
. Promote teamwork, engagement, and a positive working environment.
. Ensure vehicles are loaded efficiently and turned around on schedule.
. Oversee picking operations, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.
. Maintain marshalling lanes and keep picking schedules at least 48 hours ahead.
. Support picking goods and oversee vehicle loading activities.
. Manage goods in process, including unloading vehicles and receipt of stock.
. Ensure all incoming goods are checked, labelled, identified, and stored correctly.
. Maintain company standards within a sophisticated working environment.
. Lead and support quarterly stock takes to ensure accuracy.
. Attend Vision Zero meetings and communicate learnings relating to picking errors and stock discrepancies.
. Maintain Health & Safety standards across all sites.
. Support and uphold BRC accreditation requirements.
. Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
. Valid, current Counterbalance FLT licence (required).
. Flexi FLT licence or experience preferred.
. Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
. Ability to work proactively, manage priorities, and drive team performance.
