We’re currently recruiting for a Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established team based in Dereham.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish.
The role:
- Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
- Fabricating components to required specifications
- Reading and interpreting 3rd angle engineering drawings
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer requirements
- Finishing and dressing completed work to a high standard
- Working closely with colleagues and following supervisor instructions
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in welding and fabrication
- Confident working with both MIG and TIG processes
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools (experience with power tools/machinery is a bonus)
- A team player with good communication skills
- A proactive approach to health & safety at all times
What’s on offer:
- £16–£18 per hour (depending on experience)
