Job Title: Wellbeing Advisor / Coach
Location: Kent - Hybrid role (Travel required across local area when required)
Salary: up to £29,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Duties:
- Provide tailored wellbeing and behavioural support to individuals to promote positive lifestyle changes, engagement, and progression outcomes.
- Deliver 1:1 and group-based interventions focused on motivation, confidence building, and behaviour change.
- Act as an advocate for participants, ensuring their views are represented and supporting informed decision-making.
- Support individuals during early engagement and reintegration stages, providing structured and consistent guidance.
- Respond to referrals within agreed timescales and ensure timely engagement with participants.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, progress and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams to deliver coordinated, holistic support.
Essential Criteria:
- Ideally have experience of working within a similar role, such a peer mentoring / coaching etc.
- Experience of working with individuals with a range of personal / social barriers, e.g. mental illness, substance misuse, homelessness etc.
- Have strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Must be flexible with travel.
