Working Foreman – General Building / Demolition

Location: Various sites throughout Edinburgh
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong background in general building or demolition, including propping experience, to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site teams while remaining hands-on
• Carry out and oversee general building or demolition works
• Install and manage temporary works, including propping systems
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
• Coordinate labour, materials, and daily site activities
• Liaise with Site Managers and subcontractors
• Maintain quality standards and site records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman in general building or demolition
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with propping/temporary works
• Ability to manage teams while contributing to site work
• Good understanding of health & safety on site
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
