Young Person Support Worker

KG Recruiment Solutions are looking for support workers who work with Young People in supported living setting by:

• Supporting people to recognise that they are valued members of society.
• Supporting people to become involved with local community initiatives and services
• Supporting people to engage with local training, volunteering and educational providers.
• Learn whilst living in Supported Accommodation, how to play their part in building a community.
• ngaging with local organisations to gain employment focussed skills.
• Supporting people, into and through education, training and meaningful activities.
• Planning and implementation of achieving personal goals.
• Supporting People to be a valued member of society
• Working with people, make positive changes, whilst recognising individuality and giving a sense of purpose.

Applicants will require an NVQ Level 2, ideally 3
