What does a Concierge do?
Concierges are the first point of contact in residential blocks, hotels and offices — greeting residents and guests, handling deliveries and keys, booking services and keeping watch over building security. Many roles run on 12-hour day or night shifts, often four on, four off. Customer service experience counts for more than formal qualifications; some building roles also ask for an SIA licence.
