Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (Independent ASC School)
Location: Creech St Michael
Hours: 8:30–3:30, Monday to Friday
Pay: £92 per day
Contract: Full academic year (September start) with potential for a permanent post

Suppleo Education are working with an independent ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) school led by an exceptional, forward‑thinking Headteacher and a warm, collaborative staff team. 

⭐ The Role

The school is seeking dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant's required to support pupils with ASC throughout the full academic year. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and senior staff to provide consistent, personalised support that helps the pupil access learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

• 1:1 pupil support — delivering tailored assistance to meet individual needs
• Classroom support — helping with differentiated activities and routines
• Emotional and behavioural support — using calm, consistent strategies
• Team collaboration — working closely with the wider staff team
