Spencer Clarke Group is expanding its team of Tutors across Warrington and surrounding areas, with opportunities to support children and young people through personalised 1:1 education.
These roles are delivered through local authority and school-funded tuition, supporting pupils who may be unable to access mainstream education full-time.



What Could Your Day Look Like?


As a Tutor, you'll provide engaging, individualised sessions covering areas such as:

  • Maths & English
  • Primary and Secondary tuition
  • GCSE intervention
  • Functional Skills
  • SEN & SEND support
  • SEMH intervention
  • Literacy and numeracy catch-up
  • Re-engagement with education


Sessions take place in pupils' homes, libraries and community settings, giving you the opportunity to adapt your teaching around each learner.



Who Are We Looking For?


We'd like to hear from Teachers, Tutors, Teaching Assistants, SEN professionals, Learning Mentors and Behaviour Mentors with experience supporting children and young people.
Experience with EHCPs, Autism, ADHD, SEMH, anxiety or school avoidance would be beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
