Job Description

Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter on a Temp to Perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business carrying out high-quality insurance reinstatement, renovation and refurbishment projects across domestic and commercial properties within approximately one hour of Burton Latimer.

Key Duties

• Carrying out all aspects of 2nd Fix Carpentry
• Hanging internal and external doors
• Fitting architraves, skirting boards, door frames and ironmongery
• Completing high-quality finishing carpentry
• Working on renovation and refurbishment projects
• Undertaking insurance repair and reinstatement works
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Liaising professionally with site teams and customers

Requirements

• Blue CSCS Card – Essential
• Proven experience as a Carpenter (references)
• Strong background in 2nd Fix Carpentry
• Experienced in hanging doors, fitting architraves and all finishing works
• Previous experience working on renovation and insurance reinstatement projects is advantageous
• Own tools essential
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
