About the Role:
Our client, an established and growing Managed Service Provider, is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team in Cheltenham.

What You'll Do:
- Provide 2nd line support across desktop, server and cloud environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory
- Diagnose networking issues including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and firewalls
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and IT projects
- Support backup solutions and business continuity systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage tickets within agreed SLAs
- Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse client base
- Previous experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role
- MSP experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Active Directory
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive attitude with a passion for technology and continuous learning
- £32,000 - £35,000 salary
