Pertemps are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to join a leading distribution company based in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established business, delivering essential goods while becoming part of a professional and supportive team. We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and motivated drivers who take pride in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards on the road.
The Role
- £14.00 per hour
- Start times from 6:30am
- Monday to Saturday
- Opportunity to work for a large household name
- Ongoing work with the potential for long-term opportunities
- Completing multi-drop deliveries across the South East of England
- Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
- Representing the client in a professional and courteous manner
- Completing delivery paperwork and following planned delivery routes
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Good knowledge of road safety and excellent time management skills
