3.5T Multi-Drop Van Drivers

Edge Staffing are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking 3.5T Multi-Drop Van Drivers to join our client's growing team.

Start times from 6am onwards

The Role

As a 3.5T Multi-Drop Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting linen bags from customer sites across your designated route. The role involves manual handling, so applicants should be physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving linen bags throughout the day.

Your daily route will be pre-planned and uploaded to a company mobile phone, making it easy to follow your delivery schedule.

Duties Include

• Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections of linen bags.
• Carrying out daily vehicle walk-around safety checks before leaving the depot.
• Following the route provided on the company mobile device.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
• Routes are planned to finish at approximately 4:00 PM, although finish times may vary slightly depending on traffic and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Full UK Category B driving licence.
• No more than 6 points
• Previous multi-drop driving experience is desirable but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Friendly, professional attitude with good customer service skills.
