This is for tracked or wheeled excavators that rotate 360°. You’ll see this on civils, housebuilding, utilities, demolition jobs.Main duties:Operate machine safely: Dig trenches, footings, basements, load lorries, grade sites, break out concreteRead plans: Work to drawings, setting out, depths/levels from laser/GS. Follow site supervisor instructionsPre-start checks: Walk-around, fluid levels, tracks, hydraulics, quick-hitch, safety devices. Fill daily checklist + report defectsLifting ops: Sling/load when needed. Follow lift plan, check SWL charts. Banksman signals if no visibilitySite safety: Keep exclusion zones, follow RAMS/MS, wear PPE, challenge unsafe acts. Stop work authority if neededHousekeeping: Keep cab clean, refuel, basic greasing. Move machine safely between areasPaperwork: Plant inspection sheets, timesheets, defect reports

CPCS A59 or NPORS N202 360 Excavator card >10TCSCS card - Green minimum, Blue preferred Safety Critical Medical - valid certHS&E Test for CPCSUK driving licence.
