360 Excavator Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join our team on a McDonald's refurbishment project for one of our most valued clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking operator looking for long-term work. The project will initially involve operating a 20-tonne tracked excavator, before moving onto a 13-tonne excavator after the first few weeks.

Weekend work is also available, offering the opportunity to maximise your earnings.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid NPORS or CPCS card (essential – required for site access)
• Proven experience operating a 20-tonne tracked excavator
• Previous shopfitting/refurbishment experience (essential)
• Able to provide recent, checkable work references
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Happy working as part of a team
• Professional, respectful, and safety-conscious at all times

The Role:

• Operating a 20-tonne tracked excavator on a live McDonald's refurbishment project
• Working closely with the site team to complete works safely and efficiently
• Following site instructions and maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Transitioning to a 13-tonne excavator after the initial phase of the project
• Weekend work available throughout the project
