We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in the Engineering sector to join our growing team.

The Role

• Developing new business opportunities and securing new clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Taking detailed vacancy briefs and providing consultative recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying engineering professionals
• Managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement
• Negotiating fees, terms of business, and offers
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate pipelines
• Working towards agreed revenue and performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven experience recruiting within the Engineering sector
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Track record of achieving recruitment and sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
