3D and Graphic Designer

Prospero Integrated

3D & Graphic Designer

North-West Bradford, West Yorkshire
£28,000–£32,000 depending on experience
Overtime & bonus opportunities, health benefits, mobile phone and laptop
Permanent, full-time

Are you a creative designer who loves turning ideas into eye-catching visuals? Do you have a passion for 3D, motion, graphics and the world of live events?

We’re looking for a 3D & Graphic Designer to join a busy, ambitious in-house creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine creative thinking, 3D visualisation and technical design in an exciting commercial environment where no two projects are quite the same.

You’ll work closely with creative, project management and commercial teams to transform event concepts and technical proposals into compelling visual experiences for high-profile clients.

And once the project is won? That’s where the fun really starts.

You could be creating event content, designing large-format graphics, producing presentations, editing video or bringing an entire event environment to life in 3D.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will be varied, creative and hands-on. You’ll have the opportunity to work across:

  • 3D visualisation of live events using Cinema 4D and/or Blender
  • Creating still renders, fly-through animations and VR environments
  • Developing event concepts and proposal designs alongside Project Managers
  • Creating animated content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Cinema 4D/Blender
  • Designing artwork for large-format print and working with print suppliers through to production
  • Video editing and conversion
  • Designing polished PowerPoint and Keynote presentations
  • Working with client brands and, where appropriate, liaising directly with clients
  • Supporting the wider creative team across a range of exciting projects

What we’re looking for

We’re not simply looking for someone who can tick every software box. Creativity, curiosity and a great eye for design matter just as much.

You’ll ideally have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro, alongside experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or another 3D package.

Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in everything listed — training and development will be provided where needed. What matters most is that you’re excited to learn and keen to broaden your creative skill set.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, enthusiastic and passionate about great design
  • Confident working across different brands, styles and creative briefs
  • A strong communicator who can interpret a brief and turn ideas into visuals
  • Curious and willing to learn new software and techniques
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proud of the quality of their work
  • Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working under pressure when required
  • Confident using Windows and/or Mac systems
  • Flexible about occasional evening and weekend work
  • Interested in live events, production, design and the technical side of bringing experiences to life

Why join us?

You’ll be joining a talented team working behind the scenes on exciting live experiences, where creativity meets technology.

From the initial pitch and 3D visualisation through to the finished event, you’ll have the chance to see your ideas become reality — and build a genuinely varied portfolio along the way.

You’ll get:

  • £28,000–£30,000 salary, depending on experience
  • Overtime and bonus opportunities
  • Health benefits
  • Company mobile phone
  • Laptop
  • 23 days’ annual holiday, including three days between Christmas and New Year, plus bank holidays
  • Paid overtime or lieu time for occasional evening/weekend work
  • Training and opportunities to develop your creative and technical skills
  • A friendly, collaborative team environment
