About the Role
Our client, an established and growing Managed Service Provider, is looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join their technical team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mix of high-level support, infrastructure projects and cloud technologies, while benefiting from ongoing training and genuine career progression.
What You'll Do:
- Provide 3rd line support and act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory environments
- Deliver infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations and technical projects
- Troubleshoot networking, virtualisation and security-related issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service improvements
- Previous experience in a 3rd Line Support or Senior IT Engineer role
- MSP experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Active Directory
- Good networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
- Salary up to £45,000
