7.5T Delivery Driver (Temp to Perm) - Elland

Location: Elland, West Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Days - flexibility required for start/finish times and weekend working

We are currently recruiting for a 7.5T Delivery Driver on behalf of a well-established furniture company based in Elland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused driver looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The Role

• Delivering furniture to customers' homes across the region.
• Working as part of a double-manned delivery team.
• Providing a high level of customer service at every delivery.
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Completing all relevant delivery paperwork and checks.
• Representing the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Valid 7.5T (C1) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous multi-drop or home delivery experience preferred.
• Good level of physical fitness as the role involves furniture deliveries.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
