A/C Installation Engineer

AC Installation Engineer ( UK Travel  required )

Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, or Manchester (with UK-wide travel)

Confero Recruitment is partnering with a leading M&E Services company that delivers innovative mechanical and electrical engineering solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced AC Installation Engineer to join their team and support the successful delivery of high-quality projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
• Work closely with site teams and colleagues to deliver projects on time and within specification.
• Provide support and guidance to apprentices and other tradespeople.
• Take ownership of installation projects and liaise effectively with clients on-site.
• Maintain accurate job records, including installation reports and inventory updates.

About You

• Proven experience installing air conditioning systems.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and installation schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across the UK.
