Salary: £80–£105 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

Teach Now is recruiting for a dedicated ABA Tutor to support a KS1 pupil with Autism at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Harrow.

This full-time ABA Tutor role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 1 child whose EHCP identifies Applied Behaviour Analysis as the agreed approach to learning and development. You will help the pupil access classroom learning, build communication and social skills, develop independence, and make meaningful progress throughout the school day.

The school is looking for a patient, consistent and skilled ABA Tutor who understands ABA principles and can deliver structured, evidence-based support in partnership with teachers, the SENCO, therapists and the childs family.

Requirements
• Recognised ABA training is essential for this role.
• Previous experience as an ABA Tutor, Behaviour Therapist or similar
• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition
• Understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis strategies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A calm, resilient and child-centred approach
• Ability to collect progress data and follow structured programmes

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA support for a Year 1 pupil with Autism
• Implement personalised ABA programmes linked to EHCP outcomes
• Support communication, emotional regulation and independence
• Adapt learning activities to help the pupil access the curriculum
• Monitor progress through observation and data collection
• Work closely with school staff, parents and external professionals
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and confidence
