AC Foot Mobile Improver – London WC1 Area – 28 - 32K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who are currently looking for an Air Conditioning Improver to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the West Central London area.

This role would suit an Air Conditioning Improver who is competent carrying out general AC maintenance and looking to join a small, growing maintenance company who offer training and personal development, you will be expected to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and the chance to work on general building maintenance tasks becoming a multi-skilled engineer.

You will be providing the following duties but not limited to:
  • Working on AC units - AHU’s, FCU’s, and HVAC  systems
  • General building services tasks
  • Landlord and Tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
  • Working as part of a small maintenance team Requirements
  • Client Facing
Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds 2079 - FGAS Refrigerant Handling Certificate
  • City & Guilds 6087 Level 2.
Salary & Package:
  • 28 -32K per annum + Travel/Oyster Card with Pool Estate Car provided. 
  • Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00 -16:30.
  • 25 Days Annual leave + bank holiday
  • Pension & healthcare plan
  • Plenty of OT - 1.5 in week, Saturdays & X2 Sundays & bank Responsibilities
