Shape the next generation of elite goalkeepers


As an Academy Goalkeeping Coach you will play a key role in developing, mentoring, and preparing the Club’s youth goalkeepers. Your day-to-day will focus primarily on managing and coaching goalkeepers within the Youth Development Phase (U15–U16). You will deliver pitch training and matchday reviews, alongside logging performance data in Kitman Labs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary staff to support holistic player development and contribute to scouting potential goalkeeping talent.


Experience that will help you thrive


Our ideal candidate will have a strong background and familiarity with the professional football academy landscape and player pathways. You will be an outstanding technical demonstrator with engaging presentation skills to connect effectively across different age groups. It is essential that you hold UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License, UEFA B License, FA Safeguarding qualification and FA Emergency First Aid qualification.
