About the role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Account Coordinator to support the Account Manager and wider team in providing a consistently high level of service to our clients. This role supports day-to-day account administration, coordinates temporary worker processes, keeps records accurate and up to date, and acts as a key contact for both clients and workers to ensure smooth and compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

· Coordinate temporary workforce activity, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, inductions, managing starters/leavers, recording absences, and supporting return-to-work processes.

· Compile and submit timesheet and payroll information accurately and on time, working with payroll/HR to investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

· Support labour planning and allocation to match client requirements; track attendance and performance against KPIs and produce daily updates/metrics.

· Handle day-to-day queries from workers and clients (e.g., pay, holiday, attendance, contract queries), escalating more complex matters to the Account Manager as needed.

· Complete and record right-to-work checks and other compliance requirements before workers are scheduled and before payroll is processed.

· Create job adverts, review applications, arrange interviews and inductions, and register new temps on the ATS.

· Provide occasional out-of-hours support where required for urgent issues such as no-shows and short-notice cover.

· Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, administration, record management and the overall candidate/worker experience.

Essential skills and experience

· Strong administration capability with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

· A customer-focused mindset and confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders.

· Strong planning and prioritisation skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Competent with Microsoft Office and able to pick up ATS/payroll/HR systems quickly.

· Clear written and verbal communication.

· Previous experience in recruitment, temporary workforce coordination, or on-site account support is highly advantageous.

What we offer

· Structured learning and development with clear progression opportunities.

· A supportive, values-driven culture with modern systems and tools.
