Account Co-ordinator – Gi Group (Coventry)
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Contract: Part-time, permanent
Hours: Friday to Sunday (3 days per week)
Location: On-site, Coventry

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Account Co-ordinator to support the smooth delivery of client account and workforce management solutions. You’ll co-ordinate day-to-day activity, communicate with clients and candidates, maintain accurate records, and help ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently and professionally. This is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for client, candidate and internal account queries.

  • Co-ordinate bookings, schedules, staffing requirements and availability.

  • Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client requirements.

  • Provide regular updates on coverage, attendance, progress and any potential risks.

  • Maintain accurate records across CRM, scheduling and reporting systems.

  • Support onboarding, compliance checks and completion of required documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and the client/candidate experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in account co-ordination, administration, recruitment/staffing, customer service or similar.

  • Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Confident communication skills (phone and written).

  • High attention to detail and accuracy with records and documentation.

  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Comfortable using MS Office, CRM, scheduling and admin systems.

  • Collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach.

  • Commercial awareness and a strong focus on service delivery.
