We're partnering with a highly successful specialist services business within the facilities management sector to appoint an Account Director for its expanding Healthcare Services division.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of a growing healthcare portfolio worth several million pounds annually, managing key client relationships and ensuring outstanding operational performance.

Whilst positioned within healthcare, this is not a clinical services role. The contracts are primarily focused on specialist cleaning and facilities services, delivered within healthcare environments where quality, compliance and customer experience are paramount.

The division has established foundations and an impressive client base. What it now requires is a commercially-minded leader who can strengthen customer partnerships, drive continuous improvement, introduce robust processes and help unlock the significant growth opportunities ahead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare clients.
• Drive contract performance, service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead governance meetings, service reviews and performance reporting.
• Ensure KPIs, compliance requirements and audit standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and service enhancement.
• Introduce and improve operational processes, reporting and performance measures.
• Work closely with operational teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Support the ongoing development and growth of the healthcare services team.

About You

Healthcare experience would be beneficial, but it is by no means essential.

We're far more interested in finding someone who can demonstrate:

• Strong account, contract or client leadership experience.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.

• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience managing service delivery within a contract-led environment.
• The ability to drive process improvement and adopt new technologies and systems.
