Active (Pathways) Solutions Ltd are a very niche recruitment business based in Bradford, specialising in supplying highly skilled temporary contractors into the UK’s Power (Transmission & Distribution) network. Due to continued growth, we're looking to recruit another team member.

Recruitment Account Manager 

You’ll need the patience, ability and desire to learn an industry that has been incredibly good to us. We’re passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality, personal service to both our contractors and clients — which is why we’re considered one of the most highly regarded independent suppliers in the substation sector 

And honestly… this industry is full of amazing characters — there really isn’t another sector like it. Our clients and contractors are genuinely interesting people, and over time we’ve built some fantastic relationships… many of which have turned into great friendships. That side of the job is something really special and not something you find everywhere 

We’re also at a really exciting stage as a business. We’re busier than ever, on track to almost double our turnover, and regularly being approached by new clients who want to work with us. It’s a great position to be in — and a brilliant time for someone new to come in and be part of it
