Supporting the construction, fit-out, mechanical and electrical sectors nationwide.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to cover the South London territory.
Role Overview
- Manage and grow a defined South London territory
- Develop existing customer and key account relationships
- Identify and win new business with subcontractors and construction companies
- Drive hire revenue and maximise customer spend
- Build relationships at both head office and project/site level
- Manage sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM
- Demonstrate products and provide technical, value-led solutions
- Plan and manage customer visits across the territory
Requirements
- Proven sales / account management experience
- Ideally from Mechanical & Electrical, construction, equipment hire or a related industry
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Experience winning new business and developing existing accounts
- Confident dealing with decision-makers at all levels
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised and able to manage your own territory
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in South London
