Bolt Technical are recruiting exclusively for a well-established global business supplying customers across Aerospace & Defence, Medical, Education, and Telecommunications sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive sales team as an Account Manager, managing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. The role offers structured training, clear progression to Senior Account Manager, and long-term stability within technical sales.

The Role

You will be the main point of contact for customers, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry and quotation through to order fulfilment and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Build strong relationships across a varied customer base
• Prepare quotations and process purchase orders
• Support pricing negotiations, forecasts, and special requests
• Liaise with internal teams and head office to deliver timely solutions
• Expedite orders and manage delivery schedules
• Handle customer complaints and non-conformances
• Contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records using CRM/ERP systems (SAP planned)

• Experience in Account Management or a customer-facing sales role
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, conscientious work ethic
