The Role

 

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you'll manage an education recruitment desk, working closely with schools and education professionals to coordinate staffing solutions across daily supply, long-term, and permanent positions.

You'll build trusted partnerships with schools, support candidates throughout their career journey, and play a key role in ensuring pupils have access to high-quality education professionals.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of school partnerships
  • Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and school leaders
  • Coordinating daily, short-term, long-term, and permanent placements
  • Identifying and attracting high-quality education professionals
  • Managing interviews, feedback, and job offers
  • Supporting schools with their recruitment needs
  • Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships
  • Delivering exceptional service to both schools and candidates

  • Salary of £26,500 – £35,000 depending on experience

Working Hours

 

Term Time: 7:00am – 5:00pm

 

School Holidays: 8:30am – 3:30pm with the option to work from home
