Know your way around electrical wholesale and enjoy looking after customers? We're looking for someone who understands electrical products, builds strong relationships and can spot a sales opportunity when it comes along.

JAB Electrical Wholesale is looking for an Account Manager to join our close-knit team in Sheffield.

This is primarily a branch-based role, focused on looking after existing trade customers, processing orders and making sure they receive a great service. When you're not supporting customers, you'll be reaching out to new businesses and helping grow our customer base.

The Role

You'll be a key part of the day-to-day running of our wholesale branch, combining account management with opportunities to develop new business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing existing customer accounts and building lasting relationships.
• Taking enquiries, preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
• Advising customers on electrical products and their requirements.
• Supporting the trade counter and general branch operations.
• Following up on enquiries and identifying further sales opportunities.
• Contacting potential customers to generate new business.
• Working closely with the team to keep the branch running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in electrical wholesale or a strong electrical industry background is essential.
• Previous account management, trade counter or B2B sales experience.
• Good knowledge of electrical products and customer requirements.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and developing new business.
• A reliable, organised team player who's happy to get involved in branch activities.
