Account Manager – Warehousing & Fulfilment

Warwick | Up to £40,000 DOE

Our client, an established logistics and fulfilment provider based in Warwick, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of one of their key storage contract accounts.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone from a warehousing or fulfilment background who wants full ownership of an account and a genuine say in how it's run.

• Salary up to £40,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday only — no weekends, no shift work

• Working hours: 08:00–16:30

Your responsibilities as an Account Manager:

• Acting as the main point of contact for a key storage contract customer
• Managing orders and monitoring stock levels
• Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth, on-time delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve and grow the account
• A key role acting as the sole point of contact for a major client
• Genuine opportunity to shape and grow the account as the business expands

The Account Manager we’re looking for will have:

• Experience in warehousing, fulfilment or 3PL account management
• A confident, hands-on approach and strong customer relationship skills
• Someone who thrives on ownership and responsibility
