Account Manager

Internal Account Manager -  Office based - Coalville area - Full Time - Permanent role - Salary £30,000 - £32000 per annum

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Applicants should demonstrate experience in:

✅ Managing customer accounts and relationships

✅ Processing and coordinating purchase orders

✅ Working with suppliers and manufacturers

✅ Liaising with overseas factories or international suppliers

✅ Tracking production schedules and deliveries

✅ Handling quotations and costings

✅ Using ERP, CRM, MRP or order management systems

✅ Excel and Microsoft Office

✅ Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

✅ Resolving customer and supply chain issues

 The ideal candidate will have:-

• Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish.
• Be comfortable working within an established team structure.
• Have a calm, professional approach when dealing with delays or supply chain issues.
• Communicate confidently with clients, factories, freight partners, and internal teams.

You will be working within a small friendly team for a well established company -

Candidates will have their own transport or live in the Coalville area.
