Aztrum Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider that delivers innovative IT solutions to businesses across the UK. With a strong reputation for outstanding customer service and long-term client partnerships, they provide a comprehensive portfolio of managed IT, cloud, cyber security, communications, and digital transformation solutions.

Due to continued expansion, they're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their successful sales team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working with a business that genuinely invests in its people.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for nurturing an existing customer base while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services. You'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they receive the right technology solutions to support their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell managed IT services and technology solutions
  • Generate quotations, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Conduct regular account reviews and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Development or Sales Executive role
  • Experience within an MSP, IT reseller or technology solutions environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target focused
  • Experience using CRM systems
