Account Manager – Sales & Business Development

Steyning with a salary of £29,000 rising to £30,000 after probation | £36,000 OTE | Monday–Friday

Placr Recruitment’s growing client is looking for a confident, commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, growing customer accounts and winning new business.

The Role

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts.

• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales, grow existing accounts and generate new business.

• Prepare quotations and manage customer orders from enquiry through to completion.

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Help drive sales performance and contribute to the company's continued growth.

About You

• Previous experience in account management, internal sales or business development.

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.

• Commercially minded, proactive and motivated to achieve results.

• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
