Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected engineering service provider to recruit an Account Manager to work within a busy sales team. This is an office-based role to secure quality appointments with clients and develop long term relationships with associated businesses for the sales team to service.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager role:
- Making outbound calls from a qualified list of accounts to secure appointments for the field sales team
- Developing an undertanding of the client and their potential requirements in order to secure potential appointments
- Helping to drive growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and ensuring the field agents have a strong pipeline of quality meetings
- Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our field sales agents
- Secure qualified appointments that meet agreed criteria and scheduling requirements
Candidate Requirements for the Account Manager role:

- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with external field sales team
