As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing customer accounts from enquiry through to completion, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services.We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to be based at our Stevenage site!

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with allocated customer accounts.
• Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide customers with regular order updates.
• Promote Trescal services and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Support customers using the customer online portal.
• Coordinate workflows to meet customer deadlines.
• Review customer documentation in line with quality procedures.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately.
• Collaborate with Laboratory, Logistics, Sales and other departments.
• Support office administration and reception as required.
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the role.

Requirements
· Essential
• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support or Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral are essential
· Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office Suite preferred, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Self-motivated and team-oriented
· Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy and demanding environment
· Ability to organise your time effectively and perform multi-tasks efficiently and in line with specific timelines
· Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays
