Job Title: Accountancy Tutor/Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Based in Manchester, with occasional travel required to Liverpool
Salary: up to £55,000 + bonus potential (Salary depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
No teaching or assessing experience? No problem! Our client will support you through the completion of relevant qualifications to become a fully-fledged Tutor.
- Must be an ACCA member or Finalist.
- Confident and comfortable to deliver training/workshops to groups of learners.
- Ideally have experience of mentoring or coaching.
- An understanding of Accountancy qualifications and Apprenticeship programmes.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- To teach a caseload of students and Apprentices, who are working towards AAT, ACA, CIMA and ACCA examinations.
- Support with the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes up to Level 7.
- Provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
