I am currently recruiting for an established, growing accountancy practice in Leicestershire.

The practice provides a full range of services to sole traders, partnerships and limited companies of varying sizes and complexity, covering accounts preparation, tax returns, VAT, payroll and compliance with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a fully qualified accountant to join their team and work closely with the Directors on the day to day running of the office.

  • Liaise directly with clients, handling queries promptly and professionally and building long term relationships.

  • Assist with workflow management, job allocation and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining a consistently high standard of client service.

This is a hands on role with genuine input into how the practice is run and clear potential to develop into a more senior or management position over time.
