This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices and ensuring accurate coding
  • Matching, batching and reconciling supplier invoices
  • Assisting with sales ledger duties and raising invoices
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Supporting credit control activities and monitoring outstanding payments
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Processing employee expenses
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Providing support with month-end procedures
  • Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting duties

About You

  • Some experience within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
