Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile payments, invoices, receipts, and bank transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare supplier payment runs and support the processing of employee expenses.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure financial processes remain compliant while supporting colleagues across the wider business.
About You
• We would love to hear off you if you have experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finanace Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Finance Administrator, Bookkeeper, Ledger Clerk or similar
• Strong Microsoft Excel and wider Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience processing reconciliations, payments, and financial transactions within a busy finance function.
