Accounts Assistant

As the incoming Accounts Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties, including but not limited to:
- Processing and posting purchase invoices
- Managing the employee expense process
- Uploading expense journals and supporting expense payment runs
- Posting and reconciling bank transactions
- Supporting month-end close activities, including posting journals and assisting with reconciliations
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to resolve transactional queries efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong track record of accuracy
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear and effective communication when liaising with employees and external contacts
