What Are We Looking For?

As part of RSE’s Chemical Dosing & Wastewater Solutions Business, Chem Resist has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in our Dewsbury office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts experience to become part of one of  a well-established business in a specialist area of Engineering, working in a wide range of industries.

Please note this role is part time, with the opportunity to work between 16 to 20 hours per week, spread across 4 days.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Prepare and process sales invoices in line with instructions from the wider Accounts team, ensuring full compliance with VAT regulations.
• To process all purchase orders and ledger when required.
• Assist with general accounting tasks to support the wider team.
• Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder’s appropriate skill set.

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience working as an Account Assistant or similar.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Packages.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
• A clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
• Self-motivated attitude, and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
