Accounts Assistant

Sytner Group Head Office are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their Head Office accounts team.
 
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day function of the accounts department assisting primarily with purchase ledger transactional level accounting.
 
Part-time hours will ideally span 5 days (Monday-Friday) covering 25-30 hours per week. The role will be based at our Head Offices in Enderby, Leicester to which you must be able to commute.
 
The main areas of responsibility will include:

• Assisting with purchase ledger transactional accounting
• Invoice registration
• Statement reconciliations
• Payment processing
• Handling supplier queries
• Adhoc duties as required

Candidates will have a minimum of 1 years' experience within a similar accounting or finance admin role preferably within a professional, corporate environment. Experience of using the Keyloop DMS software package and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
 
You will be diligent, well organised, enthusiastic and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail as part of a small, dedicated team.
