What will the Accounts Associate role involve?
- Preparing and reviewing year-end financial statements for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Supporting a range of advisory projects, helping clients improve financial performance and achieve their business goals
- Working closely with colleagues across tax, audit and accounts teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Managing your own workload effectively, planning assignments and supporting the development of junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact and delivering exceptional service
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Associate vacancy:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards qualification, with previous experience gained within an accountancy practice environment
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable using Excel, Word and accounting software; previous experience with CCH or similar accounts production systems would be advantageous
- Confident communicator who enjoys building professional relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Motivated, ambitious and eager to continue developing professionally within a supportive team environment
