Introduction

Key Duties:
Reviewing juniors' preparation work and providing support and guidance.
Reviewing accounts prior to partner sign-off and helping prepare information for client meetings.
Preparing accounts for more complex clients from well-maintained digital records.
Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, handling routine queries and building strong relationships.
Managing your own block of clients, including workflow, WIP, billing and general file ownership alongside the partner.
Growing into the role with opportunities for progression.
Requirements:
At least two years' accounting experience.
Practice experience preferred.
Confident reviewing accounts and supporting junior staff.
Strong communication skills and a genuine, client-focused approach.
Friendly, reliable and keen to be part of a supportive team.
