Accounts Manager in Lymington

CMA Recruitment Group are currently working with a highly impressive SME business based in a prime location in Lymington, Hampshire. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial management of a small but thriving business. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the finance function in its entirety. 

What will the Accounts Manager role involve? 

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Manage and process employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees
• Generate regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation for audits and reviews

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Manager vacancy:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Effective communication skills
• Conversant with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word
