Accounts Payable Assistant in Guildford, South East

Guildford  Onsite 5 days a week
Contract: 12 months Salary: £35,000 pro rata

We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a manufacturing business based in Guildford on a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and matching purchase orders.
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
• Managing supplier accounts and payment queries.
• Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Previous accounts payable or purchase ledger experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good Excel and finance systems knowledge.
• Available to work onsite in Guildford five days per week.
