What will the Accounts Payable role involve?

• Managing supplier invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensuring proper coding, authorisation, and supporting documentation for transactions
• Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts and supplier statements
• Assisting with payments, including preparation and execution of payment runs

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable vacancy:

• Previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable, or transactional finance roles
• Strong reconciliation and supplier payment capabilities
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Effective communication skills and a disciplined approach to confidentiality
