Eaton Syalon are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in Derby on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts administration experience who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and allocating incoming payments
• Raising and issuing customer invoices
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies
• Monitoring the AR inbox and distributing emails accordingly

Person Profile

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Assistant role
• Good communication and ability to work independently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Immediate availability to start
