Accounts Senior - Part-Qualified to Finalist - (Independent Accountancy Practice) - £35,000 to £45,000 per annum

Location - Surrey

Qualifications required - Part-Qualified to Finalist - ACA or ACCA

About the Client

This client is an Independent Accountancy Practice offering Accounts Prep, Tax, Financial Outsourcing, Payroll and Audit services. Their clients are predominantly Owner-Managed Businesses and SME Organisations across a wide variety of industry sectors.

This busines currently has 20 employees and due to growth across their client portfolio are looking to increase their team.

About the Position

This position is an all round Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper vacancy. Including:

• Reviewing bookkeeping completed by juniors
• The preparation of year end statutory accounts under FRS 102 & FRS 105
• The preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparing VAT Returns
• Preparing personal tax returns
• Preparing corporate tax returns
• Ability to manage and resolve client queries

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in an Accountancy Practice environment
• Minimum of part-qualified across either ACA or ACCA accounting qualifications
• Must be able to prepare year end accounts under FRS 102 & FRS 105
• Must be able to prepare corporate tax returns and personal tax returns
• Background experience of managing an external client portfolio

What is on offer:

• £35,000 to £45,000 per annum base salary
• Hybrid working after successful probation - 3 days in office weekly, 2 days from home.
